About The Position

Core mission:

We are looking for a high-motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible bookkeeper to join

our fast growing team. The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and

financial transactions in our books.

 

Responsibilities:

Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings – including recording period end entries (prepaid

expenses, accrued expenses, deferred income)

Charging and issuing A/R invoices, A/R reconciliations

Managing suppliers (invoices, payments, reconciliations)

Follow-up on trade receivables collection

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Fixed assets management

Reporting to government authorities (VAT and Israeli tax authorities)

Preparation of material for audits

Managing monthly expense reports and travel reports

Managing petty cash

Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

Professional skills & qualifications

Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage

Experience at being a sole bookkeeper, responsible for all entries till financial statement

5+ years bookkeeping experience within a Hi-Tech or “multi-national” company - Must

High-level English (both spoken and written)

Experience working with ERP- a must, Netsuite- an advantage

Experience with Payroll - Advantage

Strong Excel skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Team player and service-oriented

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
